Upgrade IQ15.4 with Sybase IQ16 SP11 PL04

Bonjour, I am in the process of upgrading my Sybase IQ 15.4 to 16.0.

I have downloaded IQ16.0 with no SP but noticed SP16.0 SP11 PL04 and I am not sure if I can upgrade 15.4 directly to 16 SP11 PL04 directly.

First off, can you explain what is the difference between SP and PL because to me, it makes up many layers.

What should I use to upgrade IQ15.4 to 16.0 (in term of SP and PL)?

* Installation You can install this software only as a standalone install.
The 16.0 GA software is not required as a prerequisite for the standalone install.

The latest version of IQ is IQ16 SP11 PL12.
