Unable to attach html template to workflow

Hello together,

I want to create a workflow notification to send an email, but I can`t attach html template to the workflow rule. I get the following error:

What can I do to fix this problem?

Hi Kathrin Bosch

Open the HTML file,Go to Save As option and change the encoding value from ANSI to UTF-8 and try this again
