create entry for it0000 - field position - with integration pa/om

Hi, folks!

Following problem: I' m carrying out personal actions programmatically in SAP HCM (PA/OM integration) via a sequence of

HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION

calls.

This works fine except for it0000, which always stops with an error message telling that integration between PA and OM is activated and a position is needed.

But how to provide the information via FM - it needs a structure type PA0000 which hasn' t got an position field (PLANS).

AFAIK it' s possible to skip employees position in it0000 and complete it in it0001, but how can this be achieved with active pa/om integration?

Has anybody got an idea or workaround for me ( BCD is an option, but the last one as there are 4 different types of personal action to carry out with each one having an own it0000 dynpro ).
