dynamic input controls in webi 4.2

Hi,

We have a report with 'from' & 'to' input controls on 'YearMonth' variable. Whenever user open the report the 'to' input control shud always have latest yearmonth dynamically (he shud also have the option to select other YearMonth as it is a single selection combo box). Please help
