Error during sorting bin

Dear Experts,

i have a huge problem for sorting bins. EWM doesnt find the data if i want to stort the picking bins

The picking area has 7 racks in the picking area. The racks no. are 01 to 07. In the first aisle are the racks 1 and 2, next aisle 3 and 4 and so on. The coworker starts the way in aisle 1 pick from both racks, begining with the place no 1 up to 90. Then he hange from aisle 1 to 2. He goes on to pick begining with place no 90 to 1. And so on.

I create four activies entries for the activity "Pick" in area 0012. And for these i define separate sort rules. Then i try to sort the places. But the System did not find any data to sort.

Hello Kai,

it is easy to see that there is a mismatch between the information you use for the activity area assignment and the bin master data.

In the assignment (the first screenshot) you use the level ("ebene") 1 and the division ("Platzunterteilung") 1. But in the screenshot of the bin the level shows "01". And the division is empty. So of course the system can not find any bin for sorting.

In the assignment the same names as in the bins have to be used. If the level in the bin says "01", then you have to enter "01" also in the assignment.
