Hi All,
I get this message when landing on my Portal Admin page:
"A general error occurred"
The other options like Apps, Groups, Catalog are all empty now, in spite of the portal having a few apps. The issue started this evening after a few hours of downtime on the SCP account.
My Fiori Launchpad Portal works just fine and the apps in it are accessible, the issue is with its Portal Admin activities.
I am also not able to register new apps to the launch pad from WebIDE since this issue started.
My settings are fine according to the response provided to this question related to an apparently similar issue.

Anyone else facing similar issues or is it just me?
If its just me, is there a way to reset the portal service on my account. I don't mind losing the existing launchpad if a rest can fix it.

Yes, Vivek. I'm also getting this error since today morning. It was working fine yesterday.
I have observed that for any action I try to perform(create new site, export, etc), it asks me to login to "Access your SAP Cloud Platform Subaccount". When I login, Network tab shows https://flpportal-mytrialaccount.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/fiori/flp/designer/v1/html5Apps giving 500(Internal Server Error).
