Hi Experts,
I'm currently running the SAP Work Manager 6.4 in the cloud. Now we have the challenge that we should force the app to use a defined proxy in the corporate network, since there is no other way to connect to the cloud. Outside the CN we have no problem but inside we always get an error message. Interesting fact: If I'm send a browser request I get the success message "I am here".
Does anybody of you have an idea how to achieve that?

The Agentry clients do not currently support a proxy configuration. You will need to setup a reverse proxy type configuration within the corporate network to proxy the connection to the cloud on behalf of the client. Since your browser does support proxy settings it is able to traverse the corporate network proxy and make the connection to the cloud to in turn receive the "I am here" message.
I would engage your corporate network team about what your best option is. Perhaps they can open a direct tunnel (via an exception) just to the cloud destination for the Agentry clients to connect without needing the proxy.
