Error Connection reset using ODATA Adapter in PO

Hello Experts,

I need to send information from ECC to Hybris C4C using the ODATA services in a synchronous interface, we installed the adapter and configured objects in ESR and Integration Builder, but is giving me this error when sending the message:

The channel appears as “Functioning”, when I ping shows the same error:

I tested the service using SOAP UI and works fine

I am missing something? Is there something wrong with the communication channel? Im working with PO 7.5 SP03.
