Error Connection reset using ODATA Adapter in PO

Hello Experts,

I need to send information from ECC to Hybris C4C using the ODATA services in a synchronous interface, we installed the adapter and configured objects in ESR and Integration Builder, but is giving me this error when sending the message:

The channel appears as “Functioning”, when I ping shows the same error:

I tested the service using SOAP UI and works fine

I am missing something? Is there something wrong with the communication channel? Im working with PO 7.5 SP03.

Dear Eduardo

As per the error screenshot, It is possible it is perhaps being caused by a proxy on your network.

It says connection reset.

Please check if the proxy/firewall settings are maintained in SAP PI configuration
