movement type 311

For movement type 311, i can see 3 fields

source storage type, destination storage type & return storage type in warehouse mgmt.

Now how can i mention any storgae type in source or in destination as for different materials it is going to vary then what is the use of these fields ?

How the system access intrim storage type ?

What settings are required for a movement type to generate automatic AO transfer order. ?

Pls check for

1. Movt. type level

2. Storage Type level

After creating the indicator 'A', u need to choose the indicator in Movement type '101'.

and at St. Type level also, you need to do the same.

you should create a TR ('X') and mark 'A' in the interface table.

To see the TOs, go to LT22 for open TOs

a) to create a TO from a TR by a background job or

b) create a TO immediately after TR creation (without job).

I HAVE MAINTIANED THAT A IN AO TRNSFER ORDER BUT

IN STORAGE TYPE WHERE TO MAINTAIN THIS I COUDNT GET IT!!!

PLEASE GIVE THE FIELD INSTROAGE TYPE WHERE I NEED TO MENTION A

OR IF IT IS CHECK BOX PLEASE MENTION

PLEASE TELL ME which setting triggers the transfer order creation screen after doing good reciept without inbound delivery

i have maintinaed the movement type in LE>WM>interface

MAY BE I AM WRONG SO CAN U PLEASE SPECIFY THAT PATH TO CREATE MOVEMNT TYPE FOR WM

IF I AM DOING A GR THEN A PROMT SCREEN COMES TO CREATE THE TRANSFER ORDER ....MY QUERYS IS WHAT TRIGGERS THIS PROPMT SCREEN I MEANS WHAT SETTINGS I NEED TO ACHIVE THIS?

311 then 312 then 309

i am not able to understand the concept behind that as 311 is also assigned to 312 then to 309 wat is the l;ogic for this??
