I am new to Document management system need help to understand a issue. my client is creating Cv01n and attaching a word document as the time of document creation.
after that user will change the status to APPROVED and save it. another user will release the same document .
when user change the status from AP to REl system will automatically system will create PDF document.
this functionality is working fine . but for a particular order system i snot generated a PDF even the status if REL.
please tell th ereasons..
