Hi Dear,
We have a requirement from our users to not to display one of the investigation step from the EHSM ESS investigation screen. I am able to remove this record field from the configuration and as long as creating a new incident report we cannot see this field, but the incident reports already In- process status has that record field still exist as an investigation step under Incident Investigation tab....? and this record field was configured as a required field I have tried making it optional still no luck
How we can we take this record field out for not to be displayed anymore?
