Dear Experts,
We are configuring SAP Fiori MyInbox for SRM Workflows (standard), we followed the configuration guide for adding workflow ID and step ID etc to display approve / reject buttons.
For the workflow WS40000017 and Step ID: 211, while trying to configure, we figured out something different that was not for our other workflows. We found EXECUTE and OBSOLETE as Class events. It seems that Approve or Reject is not exposed.
I would like to know if you have been through this situation, would you please share your workarounds / suggestions how you resolved this problem without modifying workflow?
Thanks
Hi Masa,
I am working on to implement Fiori Myinbox for SRM shopping cart approvals. SRM system version is EHP2 SRM 7.0, we are using process controlled workflows with copied the standard evaluation ID and created a custom one and added new rules but using the task number WS40000017. After approvals are done, we are running a ZOFFLINEAPPROVALSEND program to send it to the Approver's Outlook email for the approval.
I am not sure what are the steps should be done in SRM system to push these approvals to the Fiori Myinbox 2.0.
I appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Suneetha

Hi Masa,
Sorry for being posting late I was quite busy so couldn't check this, but this issue has been fixed and its working now since long time back.
How we resolved it:
1. Configured "Decision options" on SRM backend system from SPRO
2. Implemented BADI "/IWWRK/BADI_WF_BEFORE_UPD_IB" for approval to submit workflow step.
3. We had other enhancements like posting attachments to FIORI Inbox and posting approval / rejection notes that we did through custom development.
Many Thanks
