In Fiori My Inbox application we have few work items with approve/reject buttons. When I click on either of these button it's just showing a pop-up just to approve without any comments option.
How do I enable the comments option as below.
Is it something that needs to be configured in workflow or is it a system-wide setting or do we need to customize the buttons. Please provide your suggestions.

open your step, check what you have for justification column.
it should show up if you have "optional" or "mandatory"
