ppm questionnaire weighting issue

Hi PPM colleagues,

I have an issue regarding the weighting value inside the questionnaire customizing.

I am not able in inserting the corresponding weighting values inside the question groups:

(no description due to I am logged in English and they are in Portuguese)

the desired weighting value is not accepted by the system:

the match code for weighting is this

even if I insert manually the values, once I save this customizing path the system does not generates a request number nor if I save exit and return to this screen the fields remains empty with out the previously inserted weighting values.

please advice if the system behavior is correct or if I am missing anything.

Hello Fábio,

You can ignore the message "No results found..." from the matchode, as this should not stop you from entering a value manually. I see the same message on our test system but can enter a weighting value between 1 and 100 manually and this is saved OK.

In case the values that you enter are not saved properly, then this is something that would need to be looked into via a customer incident for SAP Support (it is now a know issue and does not occur when testing on our test system).

Today I tested again and the system generates requests once I inserted values in the weighting column. So all off the values was inserted, saved, generated requests and I manage to transport it to my test system.

I´ve just tested the questionnaire and seems that they work according what I customized in therms of points scored on each answer as well the correspondent weighting values.
