No questionnaire is assigned to the field PROBC. Questionnaire execution not possible

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue while creating a questionnaire  in the item additional information tab. I have made all the configuration settings and defined questionnaire and scoring model. When i click on the questionnaire filed, i am getting an error "

No questionnaire is assigned to the field PROBC. Questionnaire execution not possible.". The strange behavior is that, i have assigned the questionnaire service to the field PROBC. any help would be appreciated.

Hi Prabu

Can you check the assignement of questionnaire was made to the Bucket of the Item?

Can you confirm that service 'questionnaire' for Item was maintained under the 'Define Services' --> 'Linking Item Type to Services' configuration (should be but am just making sure)

I have updated the questionnaire in the bucket and it opens now. Thanks your answer helps.
