internal error while posting job in erecruitment

Hi all,

I am facing a internal error occured problem in erecruitment.

I went to erercruitment>employee>recruiter>maintenance>create requistion-->posting

under that after giving datas i am trying to save the file.

then its showing these error.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi anil,

Its sowing a error while create a job posting under create requistion.

I surprised anil because i tried to save the file without giving datas in the fields.data saved succefully its showing.

But after giving the datas i tried to save its showing an internal error occurred.

Hi,

I think you are following the below path:

Personal Pages > Requisition Maintenance > Requisition > Job Posting .

under job postings we have 1.Basic data

2.Basic data

3.status

4.Data overview.

5.Publications.

under the Requisition---->Status(one of the tab, before to Job postings)

Check with the status should be in 'relased' state.

If it is Relesed it wont give you an error.

I faced this problem in the earlier while developing my object.

Hi anil and all,

For your reference.I checked the below condition also.

When i am creating a requistion its hitting the service hrrcf_start_int. Then i went to sicf for checking service status its activated and i try to test the service its showing an internal error occured.

Due to this problem its reflecting in job posting? If it so please tell how to proceed.

What are the authorisation and other parameters need to give for hrrcf_start_int for this service.

I have checked it in my system, is working fine.

creating a requisition and what are the steps you are following.

Hi anil,

I am creating a requistion in below path

After logging e-recruitment> recruiter>personal page> requsition>maintenance>create requistion>job posting .

under that create job requistion.

after giving the datas i tried to save the file its showing an internal error occured.

Hi Vijay,

I thought of this is due to problem in portal configuration.

Here I am creating a Job posting and sending you a mail with screenshots and if you have time then check with those steps.
