Unable to promote a report from OAT to PROD using Promotion managemenet tool.

We are successful in promoting all the reports from OAT to PROD except only one report. When we check the report in the promotion management tool under "Add objects", its taking long time to get the report added. Waited for almost half an hour for only one report to get added and still showing in the "Add object" process only. We created a separate Promotion Job for this - only one report and still we face the same issue. We have promoted the same report from UAT to OAT using promotion management tool and it was successful promotion. The same report trying to promote from OAT to PROD and facing the issue. Please suggest you the reasons and solution. The size of the report is 57 KB. The report is with no data. But still purged the data, saved the report and trying to promote from OAT to PROD.

try with some other environment promotion management like to use UAT promotion management and move in Prod and see or try with BIAR file.

Thank you. Promoted from UAT to PROD and it was successful. But why we are facing the issue in OAT to PROD..any specific reasons. its for only one report.

not very sure but if working from other envirnement then it seems issue with the envirnemnt promotion management.

Sounds like corruption in OAT.
I'd recommend running repository diagnostic tool there.
Also, SAP recommended process for promotion from DEV to QA to PROD is :
promote report from DEV to QA, if works and report is operational in QA
promote report (same job) from Dev to prod.
reason - the report is not changed, only job destination. That's better change management process.
