Server 67: Unable to use Promotion Management

Recently I update Crystal Server 2020 from SP1 Pack 9 to SP3 Pack 4 and create new SIA. However, the server unable to operate anymore. I need to import some files to do some configuration. But, I can't use the Promotion Management. The Promotion Management is empty. So, have anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?

What do you mean by "the server unable to operate anymore"?

If you're able to log in to the CMC, you can do the following:

1. Go to Servers.

2. Create a new Adaptive Job Server to run on your new SIA. This AJS should have ONLY the Promotion Management Scheduling Service.

3. Create a new Adaptive Processing Server to run on your new SIA. This APS should have only the Promotion Management services.

4. Enable and start both new servers.

Any issues you now have with promotion management might mean that you have do use wdeploy to re-deploy the website.
