I got work to solve logoff issue in BO BPC 10.1. it's appear that log off button doesn't work. when log off button clicked it will redirect to home page. illustration as shown below:

1. log out button clicked

2. loading page similar when user log in

3. back to home page

I found notes that talk about same issue with my problems:

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002172144

but it doesn't fix my problem, since log off service already active. if someone had the same problem and know how to fix it, please show me how to fix it.

my sap specification:

SAP BW 7.5 SP 6

Netweaver 7.5

BPC 10.1

Hello,

I found the following concerning this issue :

Cause

The Logon Data in transaction code SICF is not maintained properly.

Resolution

Specify no user in logon data and keep it as initial.

If same issue persists, it may be a bug and an incident should be opened
