Shipment Cost Settlement - Open Invoice List

Hi Experts

Please advise the report's which can help to list out the shipment Cost PO list for Open for Goods Receipts, Open Invoices and Invoice exists.

The report would need to show the PO Cost, Goods Receipt Cost and Invoice Cost.

I have tried with ME2N, Selection Paramets: WE102, RECHNUNG, but goods receipt value, how much has been invoiced are missing.

Appreciated good suggestions.

Hi,

Since this is a service related transaction, use ME2S for analysis instead of ME2N. it will display each service line status whether an SES or Invoice has been posted already.

Hi,

Since its a shipment cost PO, hope SES is posted automatically. For GR to Invoice check, please check whether you can use the GR/IR balance report MB5S
