time sheet issue

Hi all,

I need to show the quota balance in the time sheet displayed on ESS and SAPweb.

This is the scenario.

A person started the year with 40 hours of vacation. He took 8 hours on March 6, 16 hours on May 11-12 and 24 hours on December 11-12. When the users view the time sheet for week of Jan 1, they would see 40 hours as the balance; for the week of March 6, they would see a balance of 32 hours; for the week of May 11, they would see quota balance of 16.
