how to cancel service entry sheet document. after it has beenr eleased.

Hi,

Use T.code: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry Sheet or Purchase Order Number you want to cancel. Then the details will be copied, then click on change botton and then click on revoke acceptance icon.

In this way you can revoke the service entry sheet . If you want to delete the service entry sheet , after revoking service entry sheet , click on Delete icon, So that the service entry sheet will be deleted.

Follow the steps

1.The released service entry sheet acceptance has to be revoked .once the acceptance is revoked then the service entry sheet is treated as cancelled .then you can make the required changes and then release the service entry sheet

goto ML81N.choose OTHER PURCHASE ORDER.give the ENTRY SHEET no. there and choose ENTER.there will a icon be coming as CANCEL RELEASE.on selecting it it will ask for CANCEL RELEASE and on entering and saving the entry sheet willbe cancelled.
