Hi OK ok,
The main steps of stok count in SAP:
1. Create inventory documents (MI01) /MI02 change, etc)
2. Enter inventory count (MI04) /here you enter what phyiscally was found&counted/
3. Post the differences (MI07)
If you use WM the procedure is different. Do you use WM?

Hi,
In WM you have to follow these steps basically:
1. Create inventory document (LI01N + activate) /you can activate later in LI02N/
2. Enter stock count (LI11N)
3. Clear the differences refering to the inventory record (LI20N)
4. Clear the differences in IM (IM and WM have to be in harmony, tr. LI21) /Please take care to give storage type '999' when you use this transaction because the difference will be here/
