Define Item Tax in B1

Hi

We are new to SAP B1.

We want to pre-define the Tax (GST 18% or GST 5%) On the items in inventory - so when we are making a quote or invoice it auto populates the Tax which the product falls into. Is there a way of doing this?

Is there a tutorial online? Basically we just want when the item is added it auto populates the GST.
