Sales Orders not considered for BOP job in APO

Hi All,

We run BOP as background job daily in SCM system. Some sales orders are not getting picked up in the BOP job for some reason. There is pattern in this and we are not able to say why only few sales orders are not getting picked up in the BOP processing.

Can you please advice.

Hi LSS,

You may check the BOP filter and try to figure out the reason by trial and error. Goto /SAPAPO/BOP transaction and load your BOP variant. Click on the "filter" button and then you can verify the filter settings and with the "display list" button you can verify which order will be picked by BOP. Play with the flags on the "confirmation situation" tab to check if your orders will be included if all flags are active or some not...otherwise just debugging reveals the reason why a specific order is excluded from the BOP filter settings.
