Hi Guru,
My requirement is that whenever we recieve a mail or letter or fax we interact and create a service ticket and followup task. I want to send the service ticket details as mail body along with the original correspondence ( Letter or fax or email as an attachment) to external email id.
I am thinking of using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
Any idea how to create an attachment for this FM from letter or fax.

Can I use the class cl_crm_documents to create the attachment or get the attachment into a table.
Does class cl_crm_documents work with letters or fax sent..
