Think of it from a functional perspective, leave aside SAP for a while. When u create a PO, there is no accounting, its just an order that the organisation is giving.
Do you mean FI postings/entry during PO creation? If yes, then, no FI postings/entry occur during PO creation. PO creation originates in MM. Not linked with FI at that stage.
