Reminder Email notification through Actions


Dear All,

I have configured standard Reminder email for Activities. Reminder email shall trigger when the status of the activity is INPROCESS and current date & time is more than planned date & time.Start condition is When saving the document. Email Id of employee responsible is Internet user.

When I create an Activity with status completed, I can see the Reminder email action in process the action tab. When I change the status to Inprocess this action disappears immediatly. But Iam not receiving any email to my inbox. Even I cannot find flow of the action in the CRMC_ACTION_JOB program also. No clue where this email is struck.

Request you to help me out. Did I miss any configuration ?
