Reminder Email notification through Actions

Dear All,

I have configured standard Reminder email for Activities. Reminder email shall trigger when the status of the activity is INPROCESS and current date & time is more than planned date & time.Start condition is When saving the document. Email Id of employee responsible is Internet user.

When I create an Activity with status completed, I can see the Reminder email action in process the action tab. When I change the status to Inprocess this action disappears immediatly. But Iam not receiving any email to my inbox. Even I cannot find flow of the action in the CRMC_ACTION_JOB program also. No clue where this email is struck.

Request you to help me out. Did I miss any configuration ?

Hello Pramod,

what Processing Time have you defined in Transaction CRMC_ACTION_DEF? What schedule conditions are defined in CRMC_ACTION_CONF?

Dear All,

Now Iam able to generate the Reminder Email successfully. However email is generating irrespective of the User status. I have maintained in the condition editor with start conditon ( User Status = Pending with User1) & schedule condition (User status Not equal to Pending with UserA). This means when the status is not equal to Pending with User 1 system shouldnot generate an email.

I think I have missed some configurations. Can any body help me out?
