Bug? Jump to the relevant content

In the Q+A overview, I see which questions received updates (comments / answers) recently - however, it seems that I cannot navigate to this conntent directly.

Here's an excample:

I could navigate to the question (top-level) with the first link, or I could navigate to the user who created the new content (here: Sandra), but there is no way of navigation directly to the new content. (suggestion: make the words "answered" / "commented" as links to the newly created content.)
