Base entitlement!

Hi All,

I am getting a message while configuring "base entitlement"

My

ESG 1 PSG 01 PSG Trecording 01 AQT 21 Rule 001 No 001 Enddate 31.12.999

In the above i do not get any error.

ESG 1 PSG 01 PSG Trecording 01 AQT 31 Rule 001 No 001 Enddate 31.12.999

But in this case the message is displayed as "an entry already exists".

Could some one suggest me on this? Urgent

Hi Jagadeesh,

Change the Selection Rule to 002..

Hi Vikash,

I have the "selection rule" to 002 before posting the thread and the message when selecting "rule for base entitlement" in "base entitlement" tab is as follows "choose the key from the allowed namespace" and followed by that another message is "an entry already exists with the same key".

whats the value u have maintained in QUOMO feature for the emp grp ... Maintain the same value in Generation rule..

Maintain Different rules for base entitlement & Sequential no.

U may not get the error...

Previously i was maintaining the below

ESG 1 PSG 01 PSG Trecording 01 <b>AQT 21</b> Rule 001 No 001 Enddate 31.12.999

ESG 1 PSG 01 PSG Trecording 01 <b>AQT 31</b> Rule 001 No 001 Enddate 31.12.999

and now i have changed the Rule and No. of AQT 31 as 002 and 002 respectively but the same message gets displayed ( the message is only for AQT 31 not for AQT 21, I got struck at this particular step).

Hai..

Delete Both the entries and create the required entry only ....
