Workset not visible in hybris maketing on premise

Hi Experts,

I am not able to view all the worksets in the hybris marketing on premise. Please let me know if there is any configuration in SPRO or any authorization that i need to check.

Hello Rashmi,

please check the roles and authorizations assigned to the user. Please refer to the online help - those links are for 1702, you can check for your release:

Hi Johannes,

Thanks for you quick reply.Is there any concept of business role where you can assign workset or delete workset from a role.

In the links you have provided ,these are standard authorization as per the work .

Hi Rashmi,

role concepts of OnPremise and Cloud are - unfortunately - completely different. In OnPremise, you have to work with the PFCG roles (technical roles), in Cloud you have no access to the backend and therefore must use the Business Role concept, which also adds some benefits that are not available in OnPremise. So OnPremise is more flexible as you can cut the roles exactly as you need them, but the maintenance is more difficult.
