I in the trial version of Digital CRM seeing if this is a software we can use to handle and tailor our emails. I am trying to build some new email templates to test out, and I'm clicking on "create new email template" in the menu at the left, naming the campaign etc. But when I switch from the "Details" tab to the "Design" tab, a popup appears that says "Warning: This template does not have any editable sections." Why can't I actually create a new template? Is this because it's the trial version of the software??
