Hi,
In the new SCN, In the earlier Blog posts, there, in the answered section, it gives a "null" option which is hyperlinked to some link.
But upon clicking the Null, it takes to
http://null, but, well, this does not make any sense to me. Why it would send to a non-existing link & if so, then why this null, option is required in there.
Although the content is from the old SCN, but still willing to dig-out/know an explanation behind this.
Thanks,
Kaushik
Hi Kaushik,
The fix for this issue is in place. Could you please check if it looks fine on your side?
Thank you and Best Regards,
Vera

Hi Vera,
Well, I can not see any null option there right now, but its leading to another matter now, its not only revealing my e-mail address, but also its revealing my Public IP now. Its breaching my Privacy. Please make the Ip & private information hide or at least give us an option to make it hidden.
Thanks,
Kaushik
Hi vera.sayevich,
You said the IP(Area-Zone of User) info will be hidden. Well, I can see the IP details too. And also you have mentioned that the IP details will be visible to the Global Moderators. Don't you think that you are making the Private information visible to someone? What i feel that, other information details like company details are also getting visible till now. So, what i am saying is that could you make my IP details invisible for all & everyone in this world? Because if someone sees the Public-IP of my company as showing in the above, then it is obvious that they may try connecting to my company SAP systems which is a very big Lawsuit against SAPLabs. Because as SAPLabs, are making agreement with us that we should not publish any SAP components public or publish in the public, so like this if SAPLabs are publishing our company details on the web, then I think I would rather go inform my entire-management team, not now, but if not done anything very soon, then will be bound to inform my management. Because for using SCN & helping others, I would login at my free-time during office hours also. So, for helping others, my company IP gets becomes Public Knowledge & if someone finds the Company IP details like this available or say they try to use the IP details to connect to our network or SAP, then I am in big trouble, which I will not let happen anyhow. So, better fix quickly so that i can continue using SCN or else I have to stop using SCN like never-forever. Also I think if this is going on, then I will have to deactivate my account & will never use SCN.
Please Mark my words. I expect a very quick action on this.
Thanks,
Kaushik
Hello Kaushik!
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback.
The "null" object has beeen added during the export to the old comments. It isn't shown by the newly created ones. We are aware of the issue and working on its improvement.
Thank you and Best Regards,
Vera
