UWL substitution issue..Please guide

Hello All,

Am working on EP 7.0 SPS11 & ECC 6.0

In MSS, we used the UWL Substituion iView.

Problem:

1. At times while working on this UWL iView, the AdhocSystem gives an error saying "System does not support these tasks" & Status = "Failed"

2. The same happens with the SAP_ECC_HumanResources system as well.

But in both cases when I refresh, the status changes to successful & error resolved on its own.

And the connection tests of SAP_ECC_HumanResources is working all fine.

Please help me get the missing link.

Ritu,

Firstly - unless you have a specific requirement AdhocConnector isnt the right choice for UWL with ECC6.0. Furthermore - remove any connectors you are not using.

Id suggest you work with WebflowConnector. Id also suggest you call your alias SAP_R3_HumanResources as that is what much of the HR functionality expects.

Hello Haydn,

But the AdhocSystems provides Collaboration Tasks into the UWL.

Collaboration Tasks are created in the UWL using New Task, or within Collaboration in the My Tasks or Room Tasks lists..

So by disabling this connector, ESS users will not be able to Create Tasks.

Please guide.
