Error when start Sybase ASE service in LINUX


I check in my server and found that SAP ASE is not running (4901 port not listening)

SAPHANADEMO:~ # netstat -an | grep 4901 | grep -i listen

I try to start ASE service as mentioned in
But, I get below error. Please advise. Thanks

SAPHANADEMO:~ # cd /sybase/FES/ASE-16_0/install
SAPHANADEMO:/sybase/FES/ASE-16_0/install # ls
