Hi

I guess this is not relevant to agent determination of the step or even it is about how to associate a rule to a dialog or user interaction step. It is all about the system to decide based on the action what is the next step or node that it has to execute. Usually, there is a palette which display the nodes that are defined in the workflow definition. I confronted this kind of issue with leave workflow WS12300011. At that point of time what I tried to do was to update the index of the workflow definition. However, On the other hand I also tried to deactivate the Advance with Dialog step for all the dialog steps within the workflow. I would request you to try this. Please make sure you have enough authorizations to execute and start workflows.

The trasnaction which can help you are

SWUD, SWI2_DIAG, SWU_OBUF to refresh org environment and check the below screen shot how to update the index.

Thanks, Pavan

Hi

Most of the time this is your rule to define the agent that is failing

However you can check the workflow log details technical view where most of the time you have more information

Cheers
