How to edit phone number, etc. on my profile?

Hello

When I am using SAP Single Sign-on, at subscription forms my personal data comes pre-populated. I wonder where the data come from and how I can edit. My profile on sap.com does not seem to have (or at least I can not see) my phone number, etc.

Hi Serdar,

Contact info like phone number, e-mail address, mailing address you might want to share with the public is not part of the profile yet, but it is on the roadmap to be added within the frames of the redesign efforts that we are doing on SAP People.

If you currently wish to edit such information, you can do that on accounts.sap.com.

Thanks for your response. I see now my phone number is there on accounts.sap.com. But on the subscription forms, I see my address, my company information (business sector, etc) also appear pre-populated. Are they stored on sap.com as well?

Hey,

Yes, they are. Since you have been a member quite long you probably filled the information in somewhere in the past and that is stored, therefore can be reused from a central service and you don't need to put it in again.
