ZBTM 108 Condition record exists, but has not been set

Hello all, I am getting this message: (condition type ZBTM) - ZBTM 108 Condition record exists, but has not been set

I created a sales order, invoiced and generated the intercompany billing document via IDOC and TVARV variables so no COPY CONTROLS OR PO etc...

I am using an access sequence with a table using Sales Organization, Payer and a product division code ZZ..... It works and determines the condition record for one type of product and sales there of. However for the other two products it doesn't work. It gives me the issue above.

I can manually update pricing, but this is all automatic so in production I can't update manually.

So I read that it could be the condition record buffer etc... How do I purge or reset the condition records besides setting the validity dates to the past and mark for deletion?

It seems that it could have been an issue with creating condition record and deleting it and recreating the records.
