Maximum Condition Value Discount not appearing in Return Order

Hello,

I have this Condition Type ZED3 which has been set to have Maximum Condition Value. ZED3 has been maintained via VK11 which has 2.000.000 IDR maximum condition value. The created Invoice has 2.000.000 IDR for ZED3 which is correct.

The problem starts here.

When the Invoice is referred to create Return Order, Condition Type ZED3 doesn't appear. I clicked Analysis at Condition Item Level, the system shows Condition Type ZED3 has Message = 203 and Description = Access has not been executed due to previous access.

By clicking ZED3, the system gives Message = 108, Description = Condition record exists, but has not been set.

Updating the pricing with B - Carry out new pricing or C - Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others still doesn't make ZED3 appears.

I've tested using ZED3 without setting Maximum Condition Value. It does appear in Return Order.

The client wants this ZED3 appears in Return Order with 2.000.000 IDR amount (the Customer does full qty return), because ZED3 has been set to be automatically posted to Sales Discount G/L Account.

In this case, since Return Order is made, there's also need to post reversal posting automatically to Sales Discount G/L Account.

Is this possible? If it isn't, is there any SAP Note that state this scenario is not possible?

Regards,

Trisno S.

Fortunately, we have another Condition Type ZED6 that we can use to replace the missing ZED3. So we use ZED6 for this return order, set it valid for only 1 day, so the total amount of the return order is correct.

Have a look at OSS note 859876 which explains the causes for the triggered error message.

Condition record exists, but has not been set.

Have you searched in SCN / Google with the above text? Also not sure whether you tried to go through SAP explanation for this error which is as under

Hello, Sir.

As far as I know "Condition record exists, but has not been set." means that certain condition record has been set after transaction has been made, which is why I attempted to update the pricing whether using B or C, but there is no changes at all.

I've already checked the access sequence of that ZED3. All exclusive marks have been ticked for each tables related to the access sequence. I've also checked that in ZED3, there's only 1 condition record maintained and therefore, only 1 condition table is used.

The only difference whether ZED3 appears or not is whether I maintain Maximum Condition Value for that condition record.

Any suggestion? Thanks before.
