Portal refreshed automatically

Hi,

I am facing a refresh issue and wondering whether anyone can help 🙂

I have 2 tabs, ESS and MSS. So whenever the user is trying to access a certain iview in MSS tab, the portal gets refreshed automatically, and since ESS is the first tab, it goes back to ESS tab, rather than MSS.

I can't really pin point the issue because it happens randomly but presumably every time the user tries to access the iview for the first time after login to pc. It doesnt happen frequently afterwards, and only happens for that particular iview.

I've checked the G_Refresh and C_refresh parameter and it doesnt seem to help. There must be something on the iview property. but not sure what it is..

I need some enlightenment 🙂

Hi,

Please check if issue can be replicated outside the portal or not by directly launching the application.

Please provide me Http watch trace by replicating the issue from the time of login to the portal. You can refer to the SAP Note "

1558903 - How To Trace a Portal Scenario Using HttpWatch."
