Dear Lakshmi,
After you got the error message, call transaction SU53. It will give you the objects you need authorization. Send that screen to your basis person and he/she will be able to grant the missing authorizations.

Dear lashmi,
1)Give authorisation at PFCG for Auth Object-M_MSEG_BWA for Movt Type 201
2)Give authorisation at PFCG for Auth Object-M_MSEG_BWA for Movt Type 311.
3)Go to PFCG ->Role -> Change and give Authorisation for Transaction Code ....by entering transaction code at Menu tab ->Transaction.

Sanjay L

Hi,
Every user is assigned a role in SAP depending upon the functions he / she is performing. If the system gives following message 'No authorisation for Movt type / T. code' then the concerned user is not authorised for the selected transaction. This is controlled by authorisation role. You may contact your basis team for the required authorisation.

Prashant Kolhatkar
