Print Preview problem

Can any one tell regarding PLD'S i am using pld's creating this when i am pressing that Print Preview Button it is displaying Error like:Internal Error Can any resolve this it is an Urgent requirement for Client creating reports. Is their any setting i had to change explain breifly all my setting is in proper manner.

Hi Anand

Better u uninstall the SAP B1 client , restart the machine and install the client again.
