Hello all,
Scenario:
Request:
By the way:
Can someone explain, for instance, what means status:
ENCI, ENC1, ASAE ENCl and ALMA ASAE BLOQ
Is there any place (table, documentation, etc ) that I can see the different types of status?
Thanks for help me out
Rgds,
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
I guess that you are logged in Spanish into your system... is this correct?
I believe that ALMA in Spanish states for ESTO in English (= "In the warehouse" -> This is, located in a Plant and a Storage location).
You can see the meaning of the different statuses in IQ03 itself: At the end of the "Status" bar, you will see a small blue icon with an "i" for information. If you click in it, you will access to the meaning of the different statuses.
You will also get this info in the transaction BS22. Here, if you double click in the relevant entry, you will see the business transactions allowed for each different status.
I hope this helps.
Esther.

Hello Esther,
Thanks for the replay. Yes I am logged in ES (spanish). Your answer helped with "status' meaning ". Great now is clear!!!!
HoWeVer the issue I have to solve (asap) is:.
I need to send to my client a LIST with the serial numbers that is blocked.
Do you know....
- If there is any table that I shows blocked serial numbers by delivery (or any sls doc)?
- Or maybe a table blocked serial numbers by STATUS?
- Or a table that I can inform fast the Serial Numbers that are blocked?
As I've mentioned:
I have a delivery (I have the delivery number) with 3 items.
Each item with 50 quantity. Total 150 quantities.
There is a serial number for each item, meaning 150 serial number.
However some serial numbers are blocked.
Because of this the client can't Port Good Issue. The Delivery is pending.
Thanks again,
BB
Hi Barbara,
As far as I have seen, you can find the serial number status in a table as follows:
.- Table EQUI for the Equipment number -> Obtain the Object number EQUI-OBJNR.
.- Table JEST for the object number that you have found before.
The status is in the field JEST-STAT, and it is the internal number (system status). You can locate the meaning in the transaction BS22.
You can try to build a report which obtains the object numbers for a certain JEST-STAT and then look for the corresponding equipment numbers in the table EQUI.
I hope this helps!
Esther.
The replay from Ester clear a lot my doubts.
Thanks so much.
Regards,
barbara
