How to find madatory fields in Customer Master data like BUT000 /BUT0BK etc for sap Standard

For data migration I have to identify which are SAP standard Mandatory fields for table like BUT000 / BUT0ID / BUT0BK . Please let me know what is process to identify the mandatory fields .
