BP name formatting in IC web client on account confirmation

Hi,
I am really pulling my hair out over this one.
On account identification tab, once the account is confirmed the BP name showing
at the top (above toolbar buttons) have a pretty weird formatting.
it shows in below format:
Title Academic title Royal title first name Initials Name prefix Last name
i.e. BUT000-TITLE (Text, not code )
BUT000-TITLE_AC1 (Text, not code )
BUT000-TITLE_ROYL (Text, not code )
BUT000-Name_first
But000-INITIALS
BUT000-PREFIX1 (Text, not code )
BUT000-NAME_LAST

concatenated one after another.
we wish to have only First name and last name.
how to achieve this ?
Any thoughts on this would be highly appreciated.

Do you mean the information which is shown in the "Account Information" area?

You can influence that in the account identification profile assigned to your business role. What is shown in SAP Standard also depends on the used account identification scenario (B2B, B2C,EMP).

KBA 2452513 provides some information how to influence the position and the content shown in the account information area.
