We have mapped the user status and system status appropriately through the bs33 transaction and status profile. More elaboratly - when User status 'CSIG' is set, the status profile links the same to 'RELE'. In bs33 'RELE' is mapped to system status 'RELEASED'.
the expectation is, for the transaction with this status profile associated - if user sets the status of 'CSIG', system status has to be set as 'RELEASED'.
This works for all cases. Unfortunately only for one case the user status couldn't update the system status as 'RELEASED', and we need to know why and how this didnot happen. I tried checking the application logs, but of no use nothing was recorded. Is there a way to know why it happened, based on any logging or any other indirect means? Unfortuantely i am not allowed to repeat this step in Production.
