Hello,
I have been unsuccessful at sending a PO to a vendor via email. I created a test vendor using a hotmail address and did not work. However, it did work when I changed the test vendor email address to one of the in-company addresses. That is, I have been able to send a PO to an in-company email address but have been unsuccessful at sending it to a hotmail address. Would you help me solving this issue?

Please follow the procedure given in SAP Note number 191470.
If everything is fine as mentioned in note. Please ask to Basis to do the necessary settings to send the e-mail to vendor.
If you dont have service sap.com User id & password. Give me your mail id, I will forward the same.

Check your TCP/IP connection to the internet and also check the T code SCOT it will tell you where your email is Stucked.
