Dear All,
Iam new to workflow, exploring the same.
I created a travel request (TRIP), could see 'Request Created' event and WS20000050 in SWEL.
Now, I approve the same using PRAP. In the event trace, I see the event 'REQUESTAPPROVED'
triggered, but 'No receiver entered' is mentioned here.
Does this trace mean that, in standard sap, there is no workflow that incorporates this triggering event?
Or may be link is improper. What should be the ideal scenario.
Please help me out in my learning.
Thanks,
nsp.
Hi,
Check whether the Event linkage is active in SWE2.If not activate and then check in SWEL.

Hi,
When you try to work with a standard workflow , see the following things has to checked first,
1. Activation of Start Event Trigger
2. Overall Workflow Template - Agent Assigment
3. Dialog Tasks - Agent Assignment.
If these are fine, try to check whether to workflow triggers fine when event occurs.
SWUE - this is used to chk the reciver determination for an event
Still more problems.Mail Me.
If satisfied award some points

Iam trying to identify the standard workflow names that system uses for travel management. Following is the process cycle as I have observed.
Correct me if Iam wrong.
1. create travel request
WS20000050:Request Approval
Get it approved
2. create travel plan
WS01000087: Plan approval
Get it approved
3. Create expense report
WS12500022: Expense autoapproval
Also, there is a requirement that substitute managers should be able to take up the approval when the actual approver is on leave. This is usually done in the settings of the business work place. As such the rule for approval may result in any superior based on the hierarchy. So, should I ask the client to provide me with the list of managers and substitutions so that I can maintain the same in SO01/SBWP. Or is there is any change required to be done to the workflow?
Thanks for your patience.
