Internal Order Budget Removal

Hi All,

We are shutting down old company code as new company code is going to take over. As regard old IOs we plan to take available budget as opening to new IOs in new company code.

After moving balance, how should we deal with old IO budgets. I know one option KO26 to return the budget. Is there any option where we can delete IO or remove budget from old IOs?

Hi,

Obviously, you can remove only non-consumed budget and by no means can you delete I/O with actual data. You can change the status of those I/O, closing them technically, if you want, though.

Thanks for your reply. What transaction code is for removal of budget? Is transaction code KO26 best to use, it says budget return?
