Customer is using using the Ariba built Netweaver PI adapter for receiving cXML Invoices from Ariba Network. In PI communication channel, they are using the "Embed in cXML" option for receiving attachments (So all attachments are embedded inside the cXML Invoice in Binary Format). They are wanting to convert the attachments from a Binary format to Base-64 encoding. Are there any SAP functions to do this? Does the Binary format need to be converted to String first and then the string can be converted to Base64?
